Please welcome Neda Tahvilian, O.D., as Minnesota Eye Consultants’ 2023-2024 Optometric Resident. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Dr. Tahvilian brings an unwavering passion for eye care to the team and cares for patients out of our Woodbury and Minnetonka offices.
As a dedicated and detail-oriented eye care professional, Dr. Tahvilian specializes in providing comprehensive eye care, diagnosing and managing various eye conditions and diseases, and prescribing corrective lenses. She is fluent in both English and Farsi, allowing her to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Dr. Tahvilian completed her Doctor of Optometry degree from the UIW Rosenberg School of Optometry in May 2023. Before that, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2018.
In her free time, Dr. Tahvilian enjoys staying active, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She also is an active volunteer, demonstrating her passion for making a difference by participating in VisionWalks, community events, and organizations such as Prevent Blindness.
