Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Perspectives in Eye Care, hosted by the Minnesota Eye Foundation! This annual event has become a cherished tradition, and 2025 was no exception. Held at the elegant Metropolitan Ballroom & Clubroom, the one-day gathering brought together Doctors of Optometry from across the region for a full day of COPE-accredited continuing education, peer connection, and professional growth.
The event featured a lineup of expert-led sessions primarily presented by physicians from Minnesota Eye Consultants. Their lectures covered a wide range of topics in ophthalmology, offering clinical insights, surgical updates, and collaborative care strategies. From the latest in glaucoma management and corneal innovations to oculoplastics and refractive surgery advances, attendees left with actionable knowledge they could bring back to their practices.
Beyond the educational content, Perspectives in Eye Care served as an opportunity to foster meaningful relationships between referring optometrists and ophthalmologists. Conversations flowed during breaks, lunch, and networking time, reinforcing the shared commitment to comprehensive, coordinated eye care.
