Our Real Time Locating System (RTLS) has been in place at our Bloomington location for almost a year now. This program was implemented to help us assess our scheduling processes and work flows to ultimately provide a better overall experience for our patients. We realize that your time is valuable and want to do all we can to provide the best customer service possible without having patients undergo unnecessary steps and enduring extended wait times.

To capture this data, both clinic and surgical staff members along with patients have been asked to wear badges during their visit to help us track each step of the appointment. We have collected some great (and insightful!) data so far and look forward to capturing even more in the future. With this information, we will be implementing and tweaking our processes, anywhere from rearranging physician schedules to streamlining our workflow practices. We appreciate your patience and participation in this program and we look forward to employing these changes in the New Year!
