We recently wrapped up our 2017 Vision Project surgery dates! The Vision Project (formerly Operation Eyesight) sets aside two Saturdays every year to perform surgery on patients who are unable to obtain insurance or pay for the necessary treatments. All items are donated and the staff and surgeons volunteer their time to provide these essential procedures to patients who’ve found themselves in a tight spot. These surgical days are exceedingly enjoyable and rewarding to be a part of and it’s a true pleasure to see the impact The Vision Project has on the lives of the patients involved.
Thanks to the increased funds raised from our annual Strides 4 Sight 5k, we’re now able to help even more patients in need throughout the year.
