Request Your Medical Records Online Through the MyMEC NextGen Patient Portal

Minnesota Eye Consultants offers a quick and easy way to receive your records through the MyMEC NextGen Patient Portal. If you are not yet enrolled, please sign up for MyMEC NextGen Patient Portal to receive your records electronically.

To request records from MyMEC, click the “Compose Message” link after signing in/enrolling. Then select the “Medical Records” option. Our Medical Records department will send you an electronic form to process your request.
